About Simeon
Simeon is a 15 year Commercial and Investment Broker, with a strong and established presence in the GTA. He is the Co-Founder of REC Canada, an award winning Real Estate Firm whose fabric is made of over 45 multi disciplined Brokers, and covers residential, commercial and investment asset classes. They transact well over $350M per annum. He leads his team with Education, world class Training, and is a mentor to his salespeople.
He is an advocate to the industry and a champion of its roots and heritage. Over the course of the last 15 years the firm has been in the Top 10 Nationally consistently for the last 9 years, and currently the No.1 Team in the country in most real estate transactions closed and collected.
By focusing on scaling his Brokers, their production on average soars from the $100Ks’ to over $300K per year on average by year three in their career.
